The Role of a Chaplain

  • Conducting religious and non-denominational services

Qualifications

In order to excel in the role of a Chaplain at Bay Regional Medical Center, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or related field
  • Ordination or endorsement by a recognized religious or spiritual organization
  • Experience in providing spiritual care in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respect and empathize with patients of diverse cultures and beliefs
  • Strong ethical and moral grounding
