Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field
  • Have a valid Medical Technologist certification
  • Proven experience working in a clinical laboratory setting
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
