Job Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist (RT) or a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPGST) at our Sleep Disorder Center, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive sleep studies to diagnose sleep disorders
  • Monitoring patients during sleep studies and adjusting equipment as necessary
  • Evaluating and analyzing sleep study data to determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment strategies
  • Providing patient education regarding sleep disorders and treatment options
  • Ensuring the proper maintenance and calibration of sleep study equipment

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  1. Hold a valid Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPGST) license
  2. Have prior experience in conducting sleep studies and interpreting sleep study data
  3. Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Be familiar with the latest advancements in sleep disorder treatment
